1. Welcome

A few sentences in your own voice. The model will polish for flow but keep your phrasing.

2. Access

Code, lockbox details, doorman instructions — whatever the guest needs to get in.

What you'd like the guest to do before they leave — strip linens, take out trash, return key, etc.

3. House rules

Write them as a paragraph in your voice. We'll convert into a short imperative list for the guidebook.

4. Your local picks (3–10)

Your actual favorites. Each pick is a place name + a one-line host note. The model polishes the note around your specific words — it will never add a place that's not in your list.
